Skipping ropes is really something isn't it guys???
No matter how high you jump, you always have to come back to earth with a thud.
Ouch!!!!

A pure, sweet dream.
A cold morning.
A dazed day.
Dull Soliloquies.
Thankless toil.
Malicious comments.
Polite conversations.
Peppered bites.
Broken benches.
Fathomless friendship.
Wandering words.
Beautiful breeze.
Peace.
Sweet nothings.
Nothing’s sweet.
Distressed dilemmas.
Hope for another sweet dream.

You may write me down in history;
With your bitter, twisted lies;
You may trod me in the very dirt;
But still, like a true champion, I'll rise.
Does my continued victory upset you?
Why does my triumph give you sleepless nights?
Ask your own conscience and you'll get the answer;
Because you want to emulate me but is not able to do so.
Just like moons and like suns;
With the certainty of tides;
Just like hopes springing high;
Still I'll rise.
Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops;
Weakened by my soulful cries.
Does my arrogance offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard;
Because whatever you may say at my back;
I refuse to give a bloody damn?
You may shoot me with your words;
You may cut me with your eyes;
You may kill me with your hatefulness;
But still, like wind, I'll rise.
Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise;
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise;
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise;
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise;
I am the dream and the hope and the future;
For whatever be the odds against me,
Whomsoever be the one against me,
Wherever be the conspiracy against me waged,
Still, like an eternal phoenix, from the ashes,
I rise
I rise
I rise.

Mom says; milk, sugar & leaves
thats all there to tea.
You sure its that simple?
then why can't I make a fine cup, ever?
What's so special with tea? so unique?

..to hold and to love and to cherish you for the rest of my life.
Its all wrong.
..to hold and to love and to argue and to fight and to sulk and then to make up grudgingly and then realise that no matter how many chances God would give me,I would still do it all over again and cherish you for the rest of my life.
Now,that sounds perfect If only vows were modified like this,marriages would last longer.

September 1 st, 2004 was the day when a group of militant stormed into a school in Beslan, Russia and took hostage of nearly 1100 students. On 3 rd September, the Russian armed forces attacked the militants and nearly 300 people in which nearly 180 were schoolchildren were killed. The act of terrorism shocked the people in Russia and left many parents childless. The main demand of the militants was the withdrawl of Russian troops from Chechnya and independence for Chechnya(A place in Russia). The militants threatened and said, "If anyone of us is killed, we'll shoot 50 people. If anyone of us is wounded, we'll kill 20 people. If 5 of us are killed, we'll blow up everything. If the light, communication are cut off for a minute, we'll shoot 10 people." Later, the militants said there was also an alternative option: if President Putin submitted a letter of resignation, the captors would "release all the children and go back to Chechnya with others." But no-one was ready for any negotiation and finally the whole drama came to an end in brutal violence. We pay our tribute to the lost lives and pray to God that such a thought doesn't arise in anybody's mind again...

I can’t remember the last time my hands felt as liberated as they did, last night. In control, driven to type, write, clean, fold, tap, and braced for action all the time, my unfaltering five finally did what they'd been yearning to — let go. Outstretched in sweet surrender, they flew with the winds on the highway, out of the window, drifting along as the buoyant forces of nature took over to soothe and unburden them of all the responsibilities that they haven’t been devoid of, ever since the end of toddlerhood. It was almost like playing a piano, each finger magically lifted to a different degree… like playing the tunes of the music that was filling the car, like the music of freedom.
I think all you guys should give it try. Letting your soul escape into the wilderness; away from all the stress and tensions.....

I seriously don't know what's wrong with me...? I just cant stop typing... I keep going on and on once a thought strikes me... I thank god, I didn’t lose my ability to write during the holidays... Well most of my friends keep asking me aren’t you bored at home...? Well, the fact is I’m not...! coz I have my ways to fight boredom..! I thought I’d better post some tips for those who are bored at home... I guess it might be of help to many of you..!
But on the lighter side being bored is fun!!! well as long as its not you who is bored... lol. (oops I have such a terrible sense of humour)
1. Take your mobile and give missed calls to everyone in your phonebook... I’m sure most of them will call back to find out what's wrong...and once they do don’t hang up fast... talk nonsense...!
2. Open gmail, and read all your recent conversations. I’m sure you’ll get addicted to it once you start doing that..!
3. Change your profile on orkut which includes changing your profile name, your display pic, your interests etc. etc. and then scrap all random friends who are online...I assure you will get minimum 3 replies....
4. When aunties sit down to gossip, stay somewhere in the vicinity and listen to most of what of they talk and have a good laugh..! as you know most of what they talk is bullshit..!
5. Go try cooking some new dishes... you may be a newbie in cooking, but who knows ur dish may be awarded the best dish in world... so give a try, but be careful haan..!
6. Take pens of all the colours you have and a pencil (colour pencils and crayons will also do but be sure you have a pencil or a pen). Hold 3 of them together and then shade the space in between...
7. Write down a list of your favourite songs, google search the lyrics and master the song... no matter how bad your voice is... sing as loud as you can till some1 comes asking you to shut up... sing louder and den irritate them...
8. Go shopping, if you don’t want to spend... well you still have an option of window shopping...
9. Go online and read blogs... there are thousands of blogs on the net... you wont get bored....
10. U’re still bored..? start blogging yourself and write on weird topics...
11. U know you have loads of time to catch up with your sleep..! sleep for 2 to 3 hrs...! who knows you may not have time later..!
12. Keep a collection of books which you can read when you are bored...!
If all these also couldn’t help, den go watch a movie... if that also doesn't help... you are beyond help... I’m very sorry... but i’ll think of new ideas...

"Being Irish he had an abiding sense of tragedy, which
sustained him through temporary periods of joy:)"
~ William Butler Yeats ~
Mornings are so splendid to me. And today's was utter loveliness. I woke up in a pleasing fever writing a poem about the golden memories and sipping the most perfectly simple chai.
I realize that there are some people who are not particularly pleased about getting up in the morning or grumble that mornings even exist at all (and I do understand given that I tend to turn into a pumpkin at midnight) so a poetic morning with lovely chai and music might be a perfect way to begin:)
I am so excited because a friend rang me up and told me about 'getting together'. So I'm thinking about getting all my old guys and girls together.
Today I am making a wonderful antioxidant cooler with...
white tea
pomegranate juice
blueberry juice
and pear juice
:)
have a beautiful week ahead :)

Over years of my growing up, i have always dreamt of a place called heaven. i am sure that the visualization of heaven is something that everyone of us do, at least once in our life time. i always wondered, why is that everyone one of us wish peace and happiness in life but everyone of us do enter up in some sort of quarrels ,some sort of dislike towards someone, some sort of jealousy...... and a thousand other things which we don't like others to do but do it ourselves (knowingly or unknowingly). then why is it so that dreams of a heavenly place always call us.....
Friends, the fact is that all the feelings of hatred, jealousy, dislike are humane and there is nothing much wrong in it, the point lies in how innocent we are even in those feelings. we would have observed that a child always says the truth but the child too has jealousy, dislikes...yet the child is innocent, and thats why all of us like children. then why did we grow up..... well heaven is "kindergarten"-the school of kids. Have a visit to a kindergarten and spend a few hours with the kids, being a kid. I am sure you will forget all your frustrations, all your worries, all your tensions for at least for a while. So, no doubt heaven is a place full of kids, kids and grown up kids....

I once had a friend who grew to be very close to me. Once when we were sitting at the edge of a pond, she filled the palm of her hand with some water and held it before me, and said "You see this water carefully contained on my hand? It symbolizes Love."
This was how I saw it: As long as you keep your hand caringly open and allow it to remain there, it will always be there. However, if you attempt to close your fingers round it and try to posses it, it will spill through the first crack that it finds.
This is the greatest mistake that people do when they meet love...they try to posses it, they demand, they expect... and just like the water spilling out of your hand, love will retrieve from you .
For love is meant to be free, you cannot change its nature. If there are people you love, allow them to be free beings.
Give and don't expect.
Advise, but don't order.
Ask, but never demand.
It might sound simple, but it is a lesson that may take a lifetime to truly practice. It is the secret to true love. To truly practice it, you must sincerely feel no expectations from those who you love, and yet an unconditional caring.

"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take;but by the moments that take our breath away.....
Life is beautiful!!!
Live it !!!Love it!!! Njoy it!!!

Imagine keeping a glass filled with water in our outstretched hand....for the first 5 minutes its not a big deal..but as time passes our hand begins to ache....if held longer our hands will begin to develop cramps..n finally the glass will fall down n shatter in to pieces.....
Its not just thje glass that gets damamged but our hands too....Problems are also just like this..u keep it for a few mins its ok..but prolong them in your minds....it worsens and damages our minds.....so y go for such fuzzzz....leave them and njoy life....
urs truly.....
