Contribute
Ever spend time searching only to find that the results you need are buried under irrelevant ones? With the Scour voting and comment system, our goal is to introduce the human element of searching allowing you and all other Scour members to speak up and help shape the results with every search. See a result that doesn't match your search? Vote it down? See a site that is exactly what you wanted? Vote it up and tell us all why you liked it. After enough votes, the listings will move down in rank, placing the relevant ones where they should be, at the top! When using Scour you can read user reviews about websites based on your keyword taking a lot of the guesswork out of searching and getting to you destination quicker.
Reward
The top search engines make billions of dollars a year in advertising revenue, wouldn't it be cool if the users got a piece of that too? Enter Scour Points! Every member is awarded one point for every search, two for a vote and three for a comment with a maximum of 4 points a search. Once you aggregate at least 6,500 points you can cash them out for a $25 Visa gift card... it's more than you currently make from searching, right? On top of that, we offer referral points for the friends you introduce to Scour where you can earn 25% of the points they make. So if you invited 25 friends that used scour regularly in addition to yourself, that's an easy $125 in your pocket for a year of what you already do! A sweet dream!!!
A pure, sweet dream.
A cold morning.
A dazed day.
Dull Soliloquies.
Thankless toil.
Malicious comments.
Polite conversations.
Peppered bites.
Broken benches.
Fathomless friendship.
Wandering words.
Beautiful breeze.
Peace.
Sweet nothings.
Nothing’s sweet.
Distressed dilemmas.
Hope for another sweet dream.

CNG - The Saviour
But instead the govt. should try to find alternative fuels and spend the tax money for it rather than subsidising the crude oil. One of the alternative fuel is the Natural Gas, which is available in plenty along the Krishna-Godavari basin. Compressed Natural Gas or CNG is now used in limited places like Mumbai and Delhi. If the public transport, like the buses, auto-ricshaw etc could be made to run on CNG, then the dependency on crude oil will get significantly reducued. The advantage of CNG over gasoline is that it burns much cleaner, so the average converted car would create about 10% of the pollution that it created while running on gasoline. Also, because the natural gas burns so much more cleanly, the engine would run significantly longer than it would with gasoline. The only downside is that CNG does not release as much energy as gasoline, so the same engine would generate less power. I have also heard that some CNG cars have trouble starting in cold weather. Converting to CNG will cost you around 60,000 provided you use standard components only. We have CNG vehicles- like Ambassodor and not wagonR and optras (comes with LPG kits only). Companies like Maruti-Suzuki and Hyundai are planning to introduce their CNG variant of the popular models. Hyundai's 'Accent' has recently introduced it's CNG variant.
Gas Authority of India Ltd (GAIL) is planning to invest Rs 32 crore in setting up CNG stations along the highways and has also identified 230 cities for the gas distribution.
If the govt. makes an initiative to fasten the conversion of transport system into CNG, then perhaps India could be more self relient for it's enrgy needs and the inflation rate could be soon brought under control.

Tickle a Girl and have a Free Haircut
Saudi Governor has ordered to punish men who flirt with women in public places by cutting their hair. Prince Fahd bin Badr ordered police yesterday to carry out the punishment after seeing a group of men with long hair pestering female students as they left school. Saudi is known for it's stringent laws and public executions, to develop a sense of fear in people so that they think twice before committing a crime.
Imagine if the Law was enacted in India. The boys would have had a real nice time.... "Tickle a girl and have free hair cut"- Double benefit. Democratic country we call ourselves, where laws vanish into thin air and complaints just keep on piling up on office tables day by day. Eve teasers enjoy even a slap from a girl for her touch.
A few may call Islamists to be fundamentalists. At the same time the so called liberal and radical countries like the U.S.A stands world rank#1 (11,877,218), the United Kingdom (6,523,706) stands world rank#2 and India rank#10 (1,764,630) whereas Saudi Arabia(84,599 ) , Kuwait(19,350), Oman(11,782) and Qatar(5,838) come at the bottom of the world crime rates table by U.N. What does this indicate? Is Fear the only way to disciplined living?
